Memorex dual layer model 32023292

My memorex was burning my music videos fine using nerovision. All of a sudden it will tell me a blank disc isnt in the drive when its time to burn the dvd. I can burn a cd with no problem though. I got the flash utility from memorex. I tried to run it and it tells me the Target Memorex 16x-ddl-IN is not found correctly. Anyone know what the problem could be?
